    DIFFERENT SHADES OF GREY

I am sick at home for the past two days. I think is a flu around here as most of my friends went through the same symptoms recently. Today I got a bit of strength and said to post my weekend outfit on the blog. I am recently very much into grey. I bought different pullovers, coats, hats, skirts, Β and they are almost all different shades of grey. I think that it is the weather here in Vienna because I am generally more a color person. Or who knows, maybe my taste is changing πŸ™‚ Photos by Marina TrocinΒ

    SIMPLICITY

In most cases we are spending considerable amount of time deciding what are we going to wear. We try it out, we change, we through things around the house, we tell ourselves “I have nothing to wear”, or “I need to go shopping ASAP” – sounds familiar doesn’t it? πŸ™‚ What I noticed is that every time when I spend little thought and stress in my outfit, I like it the most and feel the most comfy in it. This happened today as well. I love the simplicity and “cleanness” of this full H&M look (only shoes and undies are a different brand)

    ME

This is me…doing some posing in front of the camera last week πŸ™‚ I am always super happy when I get somebody in the mood to take some pictures of me. Since I was a kid my mum said I was obsessed with the camera and performing in from of everyone … and guess what…I still like doing that πŸ™‚ Last weekend Evelyn come around for a coffee and some chit-chat, so I took advantage and tried out the new lamps I bought πŸ™‚ In most of them is just me being super silly and these two here are the ones that “made the cut” πŸ™‚

    THE HAT

I have been seeing these hats around for a very long time> yet, I never even considered of buying one as I did not think they suit me. The other days I was visiting my friend Evelyn, and she had it… so I thought to myself “let’s try to give a twist to my outfit” Guess what? I fell in love with it that I went the day after to buy one for myself. Since then I have been wearing in continuously. If you follow me on instagram (kalancea) you surely noticed. I think the hat is the “cherry on the cake” for this outfit πŸ™‚ what do you say?

    LAST AUGUST DAY

I don’t know about you, but I am used to wear summer dresses and sandals and sunglasses in August. This year I have the feeling that Summer paid us a visit VERY shortly. I did not manage to wear all my Summer clothes… The past days I am wearing long pants with a scarf, an autumn coat and a hat πŸ™ `so here it is…a very unusual summer outfit πŸ™‚

    DREAMS COME TRUE

“Showing off” at Belvedere!!! In one very silent night I dreamed about a simple coral dress that has semi-transparent sleeves in electric blue nuance… The dress was colorful and suitable for the office. In my dream the dress was also perfect for a nice cocktail night with my friends when accessorized with high heels, a statement belt and some fancy jewellery. As I am a strong believer that “all dreams come true if you believe and work for them, this is what I did the day after in the morning, made my dream come true!!! Couple of hours of work and voila!!!!! As a first styling, I accessorized it with…

    GRAFFITI MATCH

In love with colors!!! I could wear them anytime, anywhere, and almost anyhow… If you open my closet you would barely see black or dark colors. No matter of the season I always wear colors. I like the energy, youthfulness, and brightness that they give/ create. I stumbled upon these pictures that we took before our trip to Moldavia and I wanted to share with you this look. This pair of pants is often used and I find it easier to combine than any pair of jeans I have πŸ™‚ You can add any pastel color as well as any very strong color and it will look summerish and chic.…

    MOLDAVIAN TRAIN TRIP

Round number two!!! As I mentioned in the previous post, from the airport directly to the train station to go to Moldavia… I just wanted to show you the insights and the surroundings of our experience! We laughed a lot, mainly because of the way my love spoke Romanian and the vocabulary that he had and I was not aware of πŸ™‚ All in all it was a great experience that we would gladly do it again πŸ™‚ H&M Jeans/ MTNG Shoes/ C&A Shirt/ APreciouZ Necklace

    TRAVELING WITH STYLE

Last week together with my love we went to visit my dear family and to do some material hunt for our business. We spend an incredible time there, and I must admit that my bf impressed me even more. Apart from this, I also made a change that I will reveal in my next posts about the trip. But now starting with the beginning, traveling there… I choose to wear an very easy look as we had a long evening ahead of us. We took the flight from Vienna to Bucharest, and from there we met my mum and got in the overnight train to Moldavia. I know what you…

    STRIPES ARE A MUST

I recently got obsessed with STRIPES. I was looking these days in my wardrobe and I realized that I have quite a big number of items. I have dresses, blazers, t-shirts, blouses, skirts … I am missing someΒ pants (on my wish list already). Why do I love them? Simply because they are always in. They are a must have in your closet, especially the t-shirt and blouse. So easy to combine to a skirt (especially the pencil ones), to jeans, to black pants, to shorts. This combination would guarantee a gorgeous and comfy look. By adding also some statement jewelery (especially a statement necklace) you are guaranteed an absolutely FAB…
