Today here on the blog I will introduce to you my bff.
We met 6 years ago I believe and it was love at first sight. We wore introduced by a common acquaintance of ours and this is how it all started.
We would meet on a regular basis, start calling each other to share our days, started to share our concerns and dreams, and slowly we gained the trust and respect for one another and this is how she became my bff. Of course it was not always pink and shiny in our friendship. We had ups and downs but somehow we always manage to solve them and not let it bring us apart. Because of our daily jobs we meet very seldom (my bff is almost never in Vienna) and when we do we try to share not only the latest events of our lives, but actually more the things we discovered, we liked, and recommend to one another those things.
As the time together is very limited, we usually like to spend it in a more quite setting, where nobody can disturb us enjoying the sun and the great weather. We would usually just spend the time talking and talking and talking. We would make fun of one another, hug, and talk about food 🙂 None of us is a big chef but somehow we always end up talking about delicious food we tried or we want to try.
My bff was the one who introduced me to the Deliciously Ella (first book), and exactly the day before I met her I received the new book and wanted to share it with her. So after all the updates on the personal life, the comments on if we gained/ lost weight, the complains about the “bad hair” day, we spent the time looking through all the delicious vegan recipes and plan out next dinner menu 🙂
It was a great day catching up with her. We see each other every 2-3 months but it always feels like it was only yesterday…
This is my day with the off, if you want to read more stories simply click here 🙂
