We all have good days and bad days. Days when we feel like we do not want to get out of our bed, days when we jump up as soon as the alarm rings. We cannot always be happy and full of joy (or can we?hmm). Yet, no matter of our mood this should not affect the way you treat your surrounding. Don’t take your “bad mood” of you partner, friend, family, or your colleague. Try to focus your “bad mood” in getting in a “good mood”. Do something that you like, something that makes you happy. Eat your favorite food, go for a run, go for a walk, create something, read something, do something productive. Don’t stay at home in bed doing nothing, that would make it ever worse….
